1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES?
You will be informed. Subject to availability, each craft is CURATED at least 4 hours depending on the complexity of the cake/craft and order queue NUMBER.
Please take note that all custom orders require 3-5 working days to complete.
2. ANY READY-MADE?
There is NO readymade or handpicked ones for both diapercake and diapercraft (unless stated instock) due to hygiene purposes. However, for every 1st week of the month we have readymade mini diapercakes called BijouMini58. Have a look out and do not miss them as it is quickly sold!
Other gift sets offered is available unless otherwise stated as SOLD.
NO CHANGES ALLOWED to customised order after payment is made.
3. CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY GIFT ORDER?
YES, YOU CAN! Bijou is open for discussion! Let us know your PREFERRED theme/design and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

4. DIAPERCAKES AND DIAPERCRAFTS ARE NOT THE SAME?
Diapercakes are tiered diaper cakes. On the other hand, Diapercrafts are customised diaper gift that can be shaped into bicycles, guitars, space rockets, hot-air balloon etc.
5. DO YOU SELL HANDMADE ITEMS? AND CAN I BUY THEM SEPARATELY (W/O DIAPERS)?
Our most popular requested handmade items are nursing covers, blankets, bibs, sensorial hankie tags, teether tags and many more. These may be included in your diapercakes or hampers.
Of course, you can purchase them separately at a cost. DM us via @bijoubysharinasabtu for the pricelist.
6. ANY PLUSH TOYS INCLUDED?
No plush toys but cute animals, flora etc. made from soft baby wash-cloths.
7. HOW IS THE DIAPERCAKE / DIAPERCRAFT PACKAGED?
These adorable ones are placed in a premium transparent box/wrapped in tulle tied with a premium ribbon to keep them clean and dust free. All our cakes come with free personalised name and message.
8. HOW TO ORDER?
Submit your request using our order form and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
9. WHEN WILL THE CAKES BE DELIVERED?
Once order is confirmed, we will inform you the available delivery day and timeslot. You will be notified once item is SAFELY delivered.
